Python portion of Christmas project done. Now for the PHP portion.

Why are Python list slices so retarded? list[0:1] returns one item, not two as any sane person would expect.

This month we were supposed to see a reduction in electricity prices because of dropping oil prices. Went from 43.6c/kWh to 42.6. HUGE DROP.
